Engonwie Doris Ndam is the founder and administrator of Space of Peace Home Health Agency, a Maryland-licensed Residential Service Agency (RSA Level 3). With a strong background in healthcare and community service, she has dedicated her career to improving the quality of life for seniors and individuals with disabilities.
She holds qualifications in healthcare administration and has extensive experience working with patients requiring both personal and skilled care. Prior to establishing the agency, she served in roles such as caregiver, nurse aide, and healthcare coordinator—building hands-on, patient-centered expertise.
Driven by compassion and a vision for dignified, high-quality in-home care, she founded Space of Peace Home Health Agency to help individuals maintain independence while receiving professional support in the comfort of their homes.
